United Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing was established by Billy Henderson in 1985 and was known as Henderson Heating & Air. We started as a small company handling residential new construction and service work.

In 1992 United Heating and Air bought another small air conditioning company and merged the assets and manpower. We started doing light commercial HVAC in the mid '90s and we continued to grow into a larger air conditioning and heating company so that by 2000 we were one of the top 3 residential air conditioning companies in Montgomery, Alabama.

In 2000 we began to pursue replacement in existing homes and build up our service department. Beginning in 2007 we added a plumbing department that includes service, repair and new construction.
